A little late this week, as I’ve been in full on ‘enjoying my family mode’, and didn’t get round to this on Thursday, (or Friday or Saturday for that matter) – thing is I’m on a bit of a run of form at the moment, and there are some belters out there which I need to share with you lot
One that note …

Sorry, I’ve been *rubbish* at this whole blogging thing. Work got hectic, as did life and whilst I’ve been digging, I’ve not been writing it up …
Here’s to catching up

Aaaah, and I’ve recovered – spent the weekend awake in the early hours of the morning, and went to three different parties …. unfortunately, the parties were all for kids under 6, and the sleeplessness was due to the youngest being awake half the night.
FML.
Still, we’ve always got the music, right?

(Oooops – forgot to hit ‘post’ before I went away for the weekend, so I’ll just jump in the time machine fix it … or just post it as is!)
Bit of a mad rush this week, as I’m off to the wonderful Farmfest in a mo – two days in a sunny (ahahahaha I’ve seen the weather reports) field. Hey, at least the tunes are going to be amazing.

Time for a another ToT! (finally)
Apologies for missing this last week, but a combination of nightmare children objecting to bedtime and a wife returning from travelling with work meant I was up to my eyeballs. Then life happened, and all of a sudden it’s a week later
For those of you who were paying attention the other week, I super-subbed for the mighty talented Rackabeat on Saturday night down at the rather charming Steam Crane, and had a wonderful time. Many beats were broken and breaks were dropped, or some such.
Still, shall we?

It’s that time of the week again – new tunes to my ears dropped into yours.
IF you like this sort of thing there’s a stack of good stuff on the go at the mo.
Tonight the Riddim Fruit boys Rackabeat and Bar-low with at Number 51 and on Saturday is WHOMP! time again at Basement 45 on Saturday.
There’s also a chance to see me dig back into my 15 year old selfs record bag as I’m in the hot seat for Purple Radio’s School of Rock show on Friday afternoon … nary a breakbeat in sight.
Enough pimpin’, on with the tunes.

OK, I’m assuming that it’s Thursday over in the UK, as I’m quite a few timezones away, and more than a smidge hungov …ahem…jetlagged
This Three on a Thursday comes to you via a spare hour on Sunday evening, another couple in Changi Airport in Singapore, and for the final bit, a mates dining room in Adelaide … see, that’s commitment to your musical edification, eh?
Anyway, enough with that, I’m off on a winery tour … best get to the the tunes …

I know, I know – I missed one. As in ‘totally missed’ rather than ‘was a day late’. The only excuse I have is that I managed to leave my laptop charger was in the Midlands, whilst my laptop was in Bristol, with the two only being reunited on New Years Eve which to be honest was when I was more interested in attempting to drink my own bodyweight in booze. I succeeded in this mission so well, that the next couple of days were a bit ropey and low an behold a week was missed
Sorry.
Well, now the grovelling is over let’s get involved shall we?
