Been a while since I’ve posted anything from Dublin’s Finest Reggae-Hop crew, Dirty Dubsters, but Fire It Up is worth the wait. With a belting vocal from UK Hip-Hop legend Mystro , and gorgeous Specials-esque sax line giving it shades of  Ghost Town, it’s an ace (if slightly un-seasonal) track

The album drops in March next year, just in time for some serious summertime spins.

Next up are probably the slowest group in the world. I’ve been pestering them about their album for the last couple of years,  but with a name like Lazy Habits, what do you expect?

Yet again, I’ve been rummaging through piles of Aussie Hip-hop, as there’s some brilliant tracks dropping over there. The latest discovery is the Spit Syndicate with the rather awesome Beauty in the Bricks (it’s also odd to see all the place I was on holiday crop up in their video)
